How do I keep my account information private? |

 | First and foremost, no one from Gameclub will ever ask for your password. Never give it out to anyone for any reason. Second, your email address is not available to other users. We suggest you do not share your email address with other players as it is used in the login information retrieval process. Last, you are able to hide your gender and birthday by editing your profile. You need to log into your Gameclub account and access the MY ACCOUNT section.

How do I change my email address? |

 | Login to Gameclub.com Click on “My Account” on top of the page &dquot; should be replaced with &dquot;Input the new email address in the blank beside the &dquot;Email&dquot; then press the CONFIRM button.&dquot;

Why can’t I access my account? |

 | If you find yourself unable to access your account, review the error message you receive during the login attempt. Next, please double check that: You have entered the correct User ID and password. Caps Lock has been disabled. Your internet connection is working properly. |

How can I cancel my account? |

 | Unfortunately, once you create an account in Gameclub you may not be able to cancel or delete your account. This is the final security layer where in case that your account is hacked, the hacker will not be able to permanently delete your account. |

What do I do if I was unfairly banned? |

 | If you feel you or your User ID has been unfairly warned or disciplined, please submit a question through the 1:1 Inquiry system. Please be advised that all disputes will be reviewed, however, only valid claims will receive resolution communication. This means that email with justification on why members have violated the Terms of Service will most likely be reviewed and/or deleted without response. Remember that not reading or ignoring all or any of the Gameclub Terms of Service is no excuse for breaching the agreement. |

Can I dispute my account suspension/termination? |

 | According to the Gameclub Terms of Service, Gameclub support staff can and does issue warnings and temporary suspensions and permanent terminations of user identities for user violations. We retain the sole discretion as to when and how to impose warnings, penalties and/or disciplinary actions. The severity of a violation and number of occurrences factor into the decisions, but they are not the only measures used. User identities may be banned, both temporarily and permanently, without prior warning. To avoid any doubt, you acknowledge that Gameclub has sole discretion with respect to penalties and disciplinary actions even if there is a credit remaining on your account. |

What should I do if I think someone else is using my email address? |
|
 | In the unlikely event that someone else has intentionally signed up for a Gameclub account using your email address, you have control over said account and have the opportunity to play the account. If someone else has control over your email email address, we recommend that you change your Gameclub account information, specifically your email address, immediately. The email address should be changed to one over which you have sole and complete control. Whoever has control of your email address can change its password and then control your Gameclub account.

What do I do if I was scammed or defrauded? |

 | Gameclub.com members should not attempt to gain unfair advantages or agree to receive in-game assets by directly sharing account information or visiting questionable sites indirectly extracting account information. This will almost always end in completely unexpected results. Despite numerous warnings given to our users about fraudulent websites and the issues that can occur with using them, there are still a large number of people advertising fraudulent sites and thus attracting many young users into their disadvantage. However its every users duty and responsibility to keep their personal information, such as their account password, safe and not to entrust it to anyone under any circumstances. Therefore we unfortunately are unable to compensate those users whose accounts are affected due to visiting the fraudulent sites, or due to having given out their password to others for any reason.
